Folk & Fab began with a simple thought: clothing should feel connected to the world we live in. Not just visually, but emotionally and culturally. We wanted to create pieces that hold meaning, reflect lived experiences, and carry the quiet cues of everyday life.
To understand what we wanted to build, we travelled across India and studied textiles at their source. Those journeys showed us how much thought, patience, and intention sit behind real craft. It shaped how we design today with clarity, restraint, and purpose.
A big part of that purpose comes from the artists we collaborate with. Their perspectives, illustrations, and ideas push our designs into new territory. They bring lived stories, regional cues, and their own visual language into our work, turning every piece into something layered and intentional. These collaborations are not add ons for us. They are part of how the brand thinks and creates.
Our approach is straightforward. If a design doesn’t feel rooted in something real, we don’t make it. Every symbol, colour, and illustration has a reason to exist. Nothing is added for noise, and nothing is stripped down just to look safe. We build pieces that feel personal, culturally aware, and honest to the people who wear them.
At its core, Folk & Fab is shaped by creativity and human stories. The brand grows because the community around it grows. People bring their own meaning to the clothes, their own experiences, their own energy and that is what makes this journey worth it.
This is not a brand built on nostalgia or trends. It is built on intention, expression, collaboration, and culture and there is much more ahead.
