General Return Policy

At Folk&Fab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Return Conditions

  1. Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  2. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as an receipt, is required for all returns and exchanges.
  3. Non-Returnable Items: Special sale and offer products are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes items purchased during promotional sales or marked as final sale.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at Enquiry@folkandfab.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  1. Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
  2. Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  3. Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  1. Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, you will be offered a refund or the option to choose a different item of equal value.
  2. Processing Time: Exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Enquiry@folkandfab.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
